i. Executive Assistant	A bachelor degree in any discipline from an recognized University with Diploma in Computer Application
ii. Block Informatics Officer	Bachelor Degree in Computer application or any stream with 'A' Level certificate course of NIELIT ( DOEACC )
2. Various post at Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti Level :
i. Executive Assistant	Bachelor and Diploma in Computer Application from any institute recognized by the State or Central Govt. Or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education.
ii. Block Informatics Officer	Bachelor Degree with 'A' Level certificate course of NIELIT provided that candidates with 'B' or 'C' Level certificate with 3yrs diploma in comp. Sc. and Engineering / IT / Electronics and TeleComm. shall also be considered.
3. West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. :
i. Office Executive	Graduate with 'O' Level course of NIELIT (DOEACC) or one year course in Computer Application from any Institute recognized by WBSCTE.
